13.5x17" illustrated cardboard envelope w/instruction printed on the reverse contains replica playhouse comprised of die-cut cardboard pieces. Made by the O.B. Andrews Company. 1934. Produced in three sizes, two smaller scale replicas plus a large playhouse big enough for two children to play inside. This item is the smallest of the three sizes. Envelope shows moderate wear w/creases to tabs, edge wear and aging, but front graphics remain strong w/great color. VG. House is complete and assembles to size of 11x15x13" tall. Front panel depicts Mickey and Minnie Mouse at windows, design includes die-cut doors and windows on the other three sides of the house. Pieces have lt. wear/bends on a few of the die-cut tabs and edges, but all remains clean w/just lt. aging. VF. A great display piece when assembled. Scarce.
