Jersey was used during the pivotal University of Alabama football scene of the 1994 film "Forest Gump" which results in Gump being named an All-American football player. Gump's character (played by Tom Hanks) wore the jersey number "44," this jersey was likely worn by one of the team on the sidelines during his touchdown run.
