DC Comics. Second appearance of popular Flash villain Reverse Flash. Mister Element appearance. Flash #123 cover swipe. John Broome story. Carmine Infantino, Murphy Anderson cover w/Infantino and Joe Giella art. Cream to off-white pages. This comic was part of The Savannah Collection, a voluminous collection assembled from ever comic book released beginning in 1959 up through the 1970s, each comic being purchased directly from a comic book distributor or comic book shops. As such, these comics lack an identifying marks typically seen on comics of this era.
