15x24x4.5" deep box contains largely complete set #3753, Series 500 playset. c. 1958. Box has moderate overall aging/wear w/a few creases. Box remains tight. Fine overall. Has complete set of character figures including Zorro and his horse Tornado, Don Diego, Don Alejandro, Bernardo, El Commandante, Sgt. Garcia. Vacuum-formed plastic cave present as is original instruction sheet. There are 11 of 32 Round Hat Mexican figures in powder blue and three of eight saddled horses. Missing pieces include the Zorro "Z" flag, flag pole and base, a large single trunk palm tree, forge, axe in stump, pump, rain barrel, anvil on stump, grinding wheel and log pile and a piece from the four-piece covered well. The mostly tin litho building is complete including six wall sections, front gate w/separate doors and hard plastic roof and balcony sections. The building has some indentations, mostly on back, interior has a few small traces of surface oxidation. Other tin parts have scattered traces of wear. Figures and plastic accessories have scattered trace of wear and aging, some dust soiling. Contents are largely Fine-VF.
