©1995 Cap Toys. 3" tall resin cast of ballerina topper for "Spin Pop" handle. Also with lot are two painted examples of finished product along with two Batman examples and an unpainted Power Ranger production sample used in the creative process. This item is truly unique and one of a kind, anything that could be called a defect is from the creative process of action figure design as it was in the 90s.
