Item Description
9x12.5x2" deep box contains complete four-piece nice quality outfit copyright Superman, Inc., 1950s. Size is Medium (8 to 10). Box features images of Superman, Clark Kent and boy wearing the playsuit. Superman is depicted saying "It Looks Just Like Mine." Lid has moderate scattered edge wear with a pair of 2" side panel splits. About Fine. The all-cotton suit consists of shirt, cape and pants plus vinyl belt with metal buckle. Shirt has silkscreened "S" chest emblem and along front bottom edge is small image of Superman and boy wearing the Superman outfit with text "Remember - This Suit Won't Make You Fly - Only Superman Can Fly." Both the shirt and pants have slight traces of aging really only noticeable upon close inspection. This includes a very faint moisture stain on one leg. However, overall appearance remains bright and clean. VF. The cape itself is N. Mint. Belt is Exc.
