9” tall with brass bar pin, brass fringe, big rippled fabric flag and tin rim with cello over real photo of “McKinley Homestead/Republican Shrine” and tiny McKinley and Mrs. McKinley photos on upper roof area of their home’s photo. Text below cello is “McKinley And Hobart 1896.” Couple small spots of thin fabric at top, .5” split below flag at left and separated threads at left. Similar stress just below the cello.
