4.5x5.75x3" deep illustrated cardboard box contains metal electric lantern unit. Lantern was made in Czechoslovakia and slides were made in England and set was distributed by Ensign Limited of London. 1930s. Box shows heavy wear w/end flap and one inner flap missing and tape repairs, but box comes w/original cardboard inner sleeve and still retains its shape somewhat. Just Good. Three-piece battery-operated lantern does not have any Mickey Mouse images. Lighting unit holds bulb and projector scope lens unit attaches to this. Wire stanchion folding legs. No slides are included. Lantern shows wear w/some scattered oxidation and heavy oxidation in battery area. VG overall. Scarce. See boxed slide set #2007 and individually boxed slide sets #2008.
