1.75" showing young black woman with rim text "Miss Capitol Classic/1946 Capitol Classic." Issued for an annual college football game played in Washington D.C. at Griffith Stadium. Game was preceded by a competition to select the annual beauty queen. The series began in 1942 and this is from 1946. Only example we've seen. NM displaying Mint.
