Base is in bright brass luster with inverted "V" accents, three on each side pointing towards the top which holds inset white plastic octagonal piece having raised image of the Trylon & Perisphere. Inner surface includes lettering with NYWF copyright along with "Lic. 1625." Seldom seen and Mint.
