Folded as issued, fold lines show some wear and top and bottom fold creases intersections each have .5" tears. Fine/VF. Second poster is OWI Poster No. 78 and measures 20x28" and features art by L. Helguera showing Uncle Sam w/finger to lips and text reading "I'm Counting On You - Don't Discuss: Troop Movements - Ship Sailings - War Equipment." 1943.
