Item Description
Lot of four hard covers. Sizes range from 8.25x10.75” to 9.5x12.5”. First is “The Illio 1927” from University of Illinois. Red Grange graduated in 1925, but he is shown on several interior pages including two full pages. Covers have edge wear, contents near Exc. Next is “The Illio 1919” w/several pages w/George Halas on football and baseball teams. Spine binding is split and coming loose, contents are Exc. Next is “The Gopher 1930” from University of Minnesota w/full page of Bronko A. Nagurski and other photos of him in action. Minor cover corner tip wear, contents Exc. Next is “Illio 1964” w/photos of Dick Butkus. Minor cover corner tip wear, contents Exc. All had extremely limited distribution. Historical group highlighting now legendary Hall of Fame players.
