Auction #209 - Part II
Item numbers 1145 through 2874 in auction 209
Item Description
5" tall wood composition. Back of base has incised "©1944 KFS" and raised "Phantom" name on front of base. This figure was produced in two color varieties - purple and brown. Offered here is The Phantom's traditional purple costume. Both figures are among the scarcest and most desirable in the set. Because of the thin, fragile legs, this figure is typically found w/ankle repairs. However, this example is repair free. Figure has lightest trace of wear, w/tiny flake off tip of nose. Figure stands well and displays Exc. Among the nicest we have ever offered in our 47 years. Listed in the Hake's Pop Culture Memorabilia Guide w/a NM value of $1,800. Scarce. From the Robert M. Overstreet Collection and comes with COA.
