Rear threaded cap has inset siren whistle. Flashlight comes w/2.75" square folder of "Secret Code" alphabet markings "Available Only To Buccaroos With Roy Rogers Flashlights." Code letters are pictured for "Roy Rogers Secret Code" in addition to "Morse International Code" for use by blinking the flashlight on and off. Also included is small instruction slip from maker.
