Item Description
First is 5.5" long mailing envelope with rather heavy clear tape across tears along the top. Overall condition remains Good. With this comes 3.5x5-5/8" paper, with folds as issued showing "How To Use Your Amazing Sky King's Mystery Picture Ring Brought To You By Peter Pan Peanut Butter." Paper has numerous small creases from being packaged along with the ring and five tiny pinholes. The ring itself is complete although the appearing and disappearing images of Sky King have evaporated as is typical on 98% of these rings. Otherwise the ring has Mint luster on the brass base and the top glows in the dark. Second ring is the "Electronic Television" which consists of brass base picturing Sky's horse and airplane joined to a red plastic square top with his illustrated image on the interior. This was meant to glow but no long does. There is a hinged lid with clear dome at the center that somewhat magnifies the image. This ring came with several cardboard photos of other cast members meant to be developed by the recipient but not included with the ring. Last is the Navaho Treasure Ring form 1950. This has Indian symbols on each side with a large turquoise colored stone on the top. Condition is Essentially Mint. A nice group of Sky King premiums issued between 1948-1950.
