This 1937 ring features adjustable brass bands in the shape of a pair of cobras. They join at the top on each side of a scarab finished in dark green enamel paint. Post’s used this ring for 2 of their sponsored shows, Frank Hawks and Melvin Purvis. Ring bands have Mint luster and display beautifully. The scarab, quite susceptible to paint loss, has only tiny color dots off the eyes and outline of the wings. About 98% paint remains. A NM example with Mint luster.
