One of the best designed rings of all time which does not include any text and is attributed to Captain Marvel c. 1946. We have also seen this ring once on a jobber's store card with title "Radio Patrol Ring." Ring has bright brass finish with adjustable bands. Each ring side displays brass lightning bolt against black enamel paint background. Ring top has very high relief with slanted sides and a working compass at the top center under glass. Various segments of the ring feature rocket control panel buttons as well as several different lightning bolt designs. The brass finish on this example is clean and bright and the paint is just shy of 100% complete. A beautiful example with working compass. NM.
