1938 Quaker premium in brass with adjustable bands. Bands picture four-leaf clover and horseshoe designs while top has rectangular compartment with removeable brass lid. Lid has high relief portrait of Tracy surrounded by good luck symbols. There are tiny scuff marks on his hat, nose and mouth but so small as to be barely visible without the closest inspection. Ring retains vast majority of luster.
