Item Description
First is beautiful real photo 1.25" promoting the "Uncle Robert Pals Club." No radio station call letters but very likely radio related. 1930s and the first we've seen. Next is 1.25" showing "ABC-KGO" radio microphone with slogan "Power Makes The Difference." c.1950 with St. Louis Button Co. paper. Next is 1.5" reading "Bond Bakers/Roger Baker Club." We've never been able to identify this man and would appreciate any help. Back paper by Bastian. Fourth is 4" long original card holding 1.25" button showing the hosts of the Philadelphia "WPEN 950 Club" from 1949. Button collet made small oxidation marks on the card but otherwise Exc. Last is 3-1/8" card also from the same club as the previous with facsimile signatures by host's "Joe Grady/Ed. Hurst", the same people named on the previous card and pictured on the button. This card has small traces of insect loss on the corners and some dust soil. It is decorated with numerous record labels. These name performers such as Tommy Dorsey, Harry James, Lionel Hampton and Stan Kenton. A nice group of seldom seen pieces. All are NM to Mint except as noted.
