Includes two different file folders involving his patent # 3,021,174 filed in 1958 and issued in 1962, including his copies of the patent and related lawyers letters and documents. Of special note are blueprints, schematics, and typed and signed letters of rejection from companies including Ford, GM, Buick, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Chrysler, American Motors, Volkswagen, Bendix Aviation and others as well as potential manufacturers of the invention. Some light creasing and aging here and there, but lot is overall Fine/VF. A massive and fascinating 200+ piece instant collection of unique paper ephemera including several handwritten pieces by Rund himself.
