Item Description
Nice boxed set copyright 1929 KFS. 1.25.2.25x6" box holds 5" pen and 5" each w/decals. Popeye appears on the pencil, Popeye and Olive on the pen. Side of box has different illustrations on each of the four sides. Many word balloons appear with characters. Example of text is Olive saying to Popeye "Aren't The Pen And Pencil Sets Just Too Devine Popeye?" Characters included are two of Jeep and two Alice the Goon. Box has lt. scattered edge wear/aging, VF. Set is Exc. Rare w/box.
