Item Description
7.75x10" tablet designed w/12 stiff paper full color example tablet covers along w/three sheets of lined paper but no cardboard backing as issued. 1940s. The 12 different covers feature choice full color art (some by Walt Kelly and Carl Barks) and many were covers of "Walt Disney Comics And Stories" comic books. Covers include Donald Duck w/flower, Donald and Mickey Mouse on a see-saw, Donald eating ice cream w/Dopey and four different involving Donald w/one or all of his Nephews. Top cover featuring Minnie Mouse has pair of ink stamp stock numbers at lower right. Pair of original staples at top have slightest trace of surface rust and spine has some lt. pinch creases. All covers are exceptionally bright and clean. Exc. overall.
