Fabric vest w/brass heraldic eagles buttons has Western Costume Co. of Hollywood, CA. name on inside of collar w/sewn-in Western Costume Co. tag w/typed information including "Mickey Rooney" name and notes vest is a size 38 chest. We are unsure what production this item was for but it is high quality and comes w/"Star Collection" tag w/Rooney's name attached. Vest appears to have .75x4" piece attached to top center of back, likely a size adjustment. Vest is o/w Exc.
