Child's tin litho toy washer is 5" diameter by 7.75" tall. 1930s by The Ohio Art Co. Side panels of box feature two different scenes, one of young girl washing doll clothes, the other showing washing machine. Box shows heavy and obvious wear w/top panel and top inner flaps missing (though included). Poor and just comes along. Similar in design to Mickey Mouse washer also produced by Ohio Art, this is deluxe model w/removable top w/crank handle and attached inner tin agitator plunger plus a hand-cranked wringer attachment. Washer features wrap-around design of children washing clothes in a larger washing machine, hanging clothes to dry and dog pulling "Dolly's Laundry" wagon. Appears unused w/just the tiniest scattered traces of wear. Remains totally bright, glossy an still an Exc. example of this toy.
