c. 1940 before our entry into WWII. 4-1/8” wide 2.5” tall nicely detailed w/scarce image of Hitler as snake w/swastikas on body. Finish a bit worn from use, otherwise Exc. Nice anti-German goods piece. First we've seen in our 47 years.
