5”tall lighter plaster of Paris w/text incised on tail “Welch Novelty Co. San Angelo, Texas”. Matte paint. Underside of one foot has “Tom 13” pencil text. Paint is a bit worn in places, nose tip a bit worn. Overall Fine/VF.
