Item Description
Near set, five of six panels, issued in 1936. ACC# F272-66f. Each is trimmed as intended, 6x8". Choice photo images star/film text. The highlight of this set is the rare panel featuring Johnny Weissmuller from "Tarzan Escapes." Others are: Gene Autry/The Big Show, William "Hopalong Cassidy" Boyd/Trail Dust, Johnny Mack Brown/Lawless Land, Ray "Crash" Corrigan/Roarin' Lead. Missing only Harry Carey/The Lost Outlaw. Trace of aging and lt. margin wear, some margins a tiny bit uneven. All remain bright w/vibrant color. VG to Exc. The Tarzan back is the by far the key to the set and highly sought after on its own.
