Miniature brown plastic television set 1.5" across and about 1.5" deep x 7/8" tall. Front center has viewing lens in the screen area and this is held to light. Interior holds circular disk of film which is turned and shows five full color portraits of Howdy Doody and Friends. Characters include Clarabell, Mr. Bluster, The Princess and Flub-A-Dub. c. 1950, around the same time this style TV viewer was being used as an item associated with Tom MiX and Hopalong Cassidy. Film scenes have some white dots on background area. Lot also includes 1x2.75x4" original box with address label having return address reading "Colgate-Palmolive-Peet Company." Box label has insect damage. Fine. Viewer Excellent.
