Item Description
Lot of six stiff paper cards measuring between 2.75x4.25" and 2.75x5". Three fold-out and three single sided. Cards were handed out in factories during World War II, likely issued w/paychecks. Cards warn against work absences, vigilance while on the job and advocate importance of US workforce contribution to the war effort. Images include Uncle Sam, a bomber and soldiers in action. Scattered lt. wear but Exc. overall. Scarce cards. See additional cards w/Axis and Tojo content #1226-1227.
