4.25x4.5x3" tall painted plaster. .5x1" foil sticker on front reads "Julien/70 Ruestlazar/Paris." Dog appears to be poodle with black eye accents. It stands on tattered Nazi flag with leg raised in preparation to urinate. Professional repair to dog's neck, not noticeable. First we've seen.
