Item Description
Original illustrated cardboard box contains 11.5" long tin litho Eastern Airlines jetliner w/11.25" wingspan. Eastern Airlines first flight was in 1963 and the company went out of business in 1991. Box is marked Marusko of Japan while toy itself is marked KA. 1960s. Toy is nicely detailed w/"Fly Eastern" text and American flags on jet body and "Boeing 727" text on engines. Comes in three pieces. Toy has trace of wear w/.5" area of aging to jet body's roof, comes w/original packing paper. VF. Box has some handling wear in the form of creases to lid and corner tip wear but box remains tight and Fine/VF overall.
