Dial is variety w/second hand represented by pair of die-cut cars on post (as opposed to a second hand dial), hands have checkered flag design. Dial features "Sizzlers" logo, referencing 1970s Hot Wheels spin-off w/built-in motors and rechargeable batteries. Watch is running and NM.
