Box graphics depict foe being ejected through roof in warehouse. Inner cardboard insert in place and clean. Box has moderate overall wear but is tight and solid and Fine. Similar to the battery operated toy by Gilbert, but this piece is unlicensed, made in Japan and is unmarked. Five action features. Car functions and ejector seat operates when button is pushed. Ejector seat appears to have glue repair at bottom. Lt. wear and Exc. Ejector figure is present with a full figure as opposed to the Gilbert head and shoulders figure. Also full roof panel opens on this version. A very nice example of this scarcer variety.
