Item Description
Similar in design to previous item #1260, this smaller 1.5x2.75" die-cut flat celluloid novelty features figures w/small rivet jointed figure of Uncle Sam positioned behind a bent over Hitler. While previous example was spring-operated, this example is manually-operated. Hitler figure has swastika armband. Black accents on ivory celluloid, w/pink color accent to tip of Uncle Sam's penis. Trace of faint color accent to Uncle Sam's hair. Black accents show wear, most notably to Uncle Sam's hat. Fine overall.
