Item Description
2.7" tall china mug w/handle made in Germany and marked "Royal Bayreuth - Bavaria" on underside of mug. c. 1915. Interesting design, side of mug has two relief images done in cameo fashion, showing Kewpie Farmer on one side, Kewpie Wag w/"K" flag tied to its hair on the other. Inside base of mug features recessed lithopane image of Kewpie cook and friend. Scattered aging/dust soiling. VF overall. Rare.
