Impressive 29.75x40" poster by w/art by N.C. Wyeth features inspiring image of Uncle Sam holding American flag while bombers fly overhead and soldiers charge below. 1942. Large text at bottom prompts viewer to "Buy War Bonds." Poster is folded as issued and has some handling wear w/1.25" tear at upper right fold crease intersection and 1" tear at lower right fold crease intersection. 1.5" tear at upper left margin at top fold line. Lower right corner margins show wear w/a few tiny tears/nicks. Fine overall, would make for a wonderful display if framed.
