Original illustrated cardboard box contains 7" tall animated figure of monster w/vinyl head and hands, fabric clothing and original wiring. Similar in design to the "Blushing Frankenstein" battery-operated toy. Produced by the Retract-A-Belt Corp. and made in Japan in the 1960s, novelty was designed to be placed in rear window and attached to car's turn signals, so when turn signal was used, the bulb in respective hand would light and when brakes were applied, both arms would raise and both bulbs would light. Box shows obvious wear w/creases and tears to box top. VG. Monster's clothing has faded slightly, as is typical when displayed in car windows for any length of time. Still works and Fine/VF overall. Neat design.
