Item Description
7.5x9.5" newsprint publication printed by Geo. Newnes, Ltd. of London, England. This is No. 1840 for Jan. 24, 1931. Cover features wonderful image of Mickey Mouse strumming banjo and advertises "Cut Out Mickey Mouse Portraits - Free Design Sheet Inside." Interior page has two 2.75" tall cut-outs of Mickey and Minnie Mouse as well as 1-3/8x2-7/8" cut-out of Mickey playing saxophone as Minnie dances. These remain uncut. Rest of publication details various hobbies, crafts and activities. Issue has even moderate aging w/some small scattered age spots and handling wear. Several pages have small corners folded. Fine overall. Hard to believe these cut-outs remain unused. Early Mickey Mouse publication. First we've offered in our 47 years.
