Complete set from the 1930s made in Japan and distributed by Borgfeldt. Box label features image of the set along w/number "66/1858." Label has moderate insect damage and box shows some scattered lt. wear/aging but remains tight w/no corner splits. VG/Fine. Set consists of pair of bisques in seated position, each 3" tall. These come w/set of furniture made of reed/wood w/fabric covering consisting of two chairs and a table. Also has seven-piece glazed china tea set consisting of teapot (w/lid), creamer, sugar, two cups and two saucers. One plate has a tiny edge flake, but this appears to be as made. Figures have small scattered paint rubs and some minor dust soiling. Set is VF overall. Scarce as boxed.
