Auction #210 - Part II
Item numbers 1271 through 3109 in auction 210
Item Description
11" tall cloth doll w/no markings but known to be made by a French company. Doll is primarily heavy velveteen except for hands, feet and pants which are felt. Jointed arms. Excellent detailing w/small white thread pie-cut accents on Mickey's large black oval eyes, hand stitching for the mouth line and for the accents on the hands. His pants have two felt buttons and two additional on the reverse. Doll appears to be missing original tail as pants have sewn hole. Inseam of pants have sewn repair, but this is not that noticeable and overall doll remains exceptionally clean. Face and hands have some aging. Fine. Rare.
