Original cardboard shipping carton contains slip cover showing images of the figure within on three sides, w/other panel having text summary of the classic 1931 Universal film that starred Boris Karloff. Shipping carton shows some wear from shipping w/some small scattered punctures and dust soiling/color rubs. Fine. Slip cover shows wear at corner w/some creases but has matching edition number inked on side panel in gold paint pen. Fine/VF. Inner box contains 21.75" tall, 1/4 Scale highly detailed figure depicting Boris Karloff as Frankenstein's Monster. Figure is nicely detailed w/fabric outfit, hard plastic monster boots, hands and head. A stunning likeness, down to the rolled up sleeves revealing the stitches and scars on the Monster's forearms. Lot includes original shipping carton, inner plastic bags and original styrofoam packing which includes compartment that holds pegged base w/wooden board design. Underside of base is marked w/sculptor Mat Falls name and edition number 722/1100. This limited edition, collectible figure was issued by Sideshow Collectibles in 2004 and is ©2004 Universal.
