10x11.75" string-bound softcover w/38 blank stiff pages for drawing. Published in China by The Wing On Company Federal Inc. U.S.A. and marked w/"Shanghai" and "S.H.S." company name on back cover. 1930s. Front cover features nice border design w/image of Mickey Mouse w/candle at center, pointing to large open book w/drawing of countryside. Minor corner foxing, pages remain unused. VF. First we've seen in our 47 years.
