Item Description
27x41" one-sheet poster for original release of the 15-chapter 1942 Columbia serial starring Dave O'Brien as Captain Midnight. The serial used some of the characters from the radio show, but differed significantly from the radio program. Missing were the Secret Squadron and the Squadron equipment. Poster features images of Captain Midnight at controls of crashing plane w/gas mask-wearing villain at bottom. Chapter 4 "Mistaken Identity" and features inset photo images of Captain Midnight fighting man. Folded as issued w/lt. aging along fold lines and .25" tears at fold crease intersections. If framed, would display VF.
