Sanctuary has both doors affixed. Superman and Batman have some wear to chest emblems and Robin figure has chest emblem off center. Some edges of Sanctuary Mountain have had some color touch-ups. Box has some light wear including some faint color rubs, a .25" tear to die-cut boxed window edges, minor corner tip wear and 2" wide strip of spotting on bottom panel. Box window has a 2 1/8" tear which has a neat glue repair. 2.5" tear to right of window also has neat glue repair. One of four known complete sets, this set was hand-picked and pieced together by a private collector over the span of 8 years. The other three known examples were also pieced together by private collectors. Box is Fine. Overall, playset has a VF/Exc appearance. A great piece of Batmania history!
