Lot of four 2.5x4x1" deep boxes issued by Comics Novelty Candy Corp., 1950s. Each box features Joe Palooka as boxer on top and two side panels. Perforated back panel is boxing card. Boxers are Jack Johnson, Stanley Ketchel, Benny Leonard, Battling Nelson. Each includes boxer bio/stats. Boxes have tight end flaps and appear to have never been opened, each contains original generic candy and toy. All have noticeable dark staining from candy contents mostly along right or left end. For the most part front and back art remains clean. Despite the staining, all color remains strong, boxes still display Fine.
