Item Description
6.75" tall lithographed tin toy of Lone Ranger seated on back of rearing Silver. Ranger holds wire lasso in one hand over his head that spins when mechanism is activated. Lower arm is joined by tiny tab into the shoulder to swing freely during operation. Front has streamer with text "The Lone Ranger/Hi-Yo Silver!" Back side has logo of Marx Toys plus 1938 ink copyright. Key wind action causes Silver to prance in circular fashion while Lone Ranger vigorously swings wire lasso. Silver is white variety. Color is faded. Toy comes with 3x5x8" box. Box has one inner flap replaced. Clear tape has been added top top lid flaps. Thin .5" water mark along bottom edge. Box holds good original form. Both box and toy Fine.
