Item Description
BLB format, English-only version by Dean & Son Ltd. ©1934 Walt Disney. Front and back covers feature different illustrations of Mickey Mouse hitting drum w/hammers on front and looking through window on back. Spine features additional Mickey portrait. Story is based on the Floyd Gottfredson "Mickey Mouse" daily strip story "Mickey Mouse And The Ransom Plot" that ran July 20 to Nov. 7, 1931. No US edition was printed. Great art throughout. Cover has scattered aging w/color rubs and creasing along spine. Fine. Contents are lightly aged but overall clean. VF. Very rare and the first we've offered in our 47 years. From the Rogers M.
