Item Description
Each is 17.75x25.25” slick paper w/15.25x19.5” image area. 1907 page has 13 panels w/Nemo and Mary trying in vain to contact his friends in Slumberland by telephone. Next three pages are from 1908. First has 12 panels w/Nemo, Flip, and Impy dressed as policeman trying to open large door which turns out to be a Valentine’s Day storybook w/strange images of themselves. Next page has nine panels w/Nemo, Flip, and Impy dressed as policeman trying to get out of palace w/no gravity. Next page has 14 panels w/Nemo and Mary waiting for a parade as Flip’s car explodes w/Impy in back seat. 1910 page has 12 panels w/Nemo, Flip, and Impy in airship in outer space which comes back to earth. Blank margins have trace of aging here and there, second page has trace of age toning in a few panels, image areas otherwise bright and NM. All are shrink wrapped on cardboard. Superb examples by one of the greatest cartoonists in history. Extremely limited distribution.
