3x4.25". One side has text "Issued Only To Members Of The Roy Rogers Fan Club." "Follow the special Roy Rogers coded messages which will appear in the 'Roy Rogers Comic' every month." Reverse reads "Confidential/Secret Roy Rogers Code Card." Lower portion has letters with corresponding numbers as part of the secret code. Possibly English. c. 1940s. NMint. Only example we've seen in our 42 years.
