Auction #210 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 1270 in auction 210
Item Description
2.25". Few silvering dots gone but over 95% remains. Nicely colored scene of finely dressed woman resting one foot on a raised area of the sidewalk as she adjusts the garter above her knee exposing a bit of bare leg. At the left seated with cane and hat in hand is a man wearing a sign on his chest "Please Help The Blind." He is staring intently at the ongoing scene. To the left of him is a .5" scratch with 1/8" that just barely cut through the celluloid and made a small line. Couple of pinpoints of stain on very bottom edge but showing little. Still displays VF. Early 1900s.
